Commission contract! 1. This assignment contract has been concluded on behalf of TECH CENTRUM and between the above-named Partner, according to the following conditions. TECH CENTRUM commissions the above-named Partner to carry out the following activity/task: Sales Details of the activity: The Partner sells Tech Centrum products using the stream or any online content, based on the received coupon code. 2. This assignment starts 24 hours after filling out the form and lasts indefinitely. 3. During the performance of the contract, the Partner is obliged to use the advertising videos received by Tech Centrum (if there are none, the sales method can be chosen freely). The Partner is obliged to comply with the legal regulations, Tech Centrum assumes no responsibility for this. In addition, the Partner regularly informs about its activities. 4. After the sale of the products, the partner, for the price of the product: Up to 1000-10000 EUR = 1% up to EUR 750-999 = 1% up to EUR 500-749 = 2% up to EUR 300-499 = 3% Up to EUR 100-299 = 4% Up to 50-99 EUR = 5% Up to 25-49 EUR = 6% From 0-24 EUR = 7% round x,99- ; x.01+ (ie EUR 24.99 = 7% , EUR 25.01 = 6%) is entitled to a fee, which is due at the same time as the order is fulfilled. 6. The partner will receive the amount to the bank account described in this contract no later than the 7th day after the sale. 7. This contract can be terminated by either party without giving any reason. In case of termination, Tech Centrum is obliged to reimburse the commission not yet paid no later than the 7th day after the post-sale. If the Partner terminates the contract at an inopportune time or creates a bad reputation, he is obliged to compensate Tech Centrum for the damage caused, unless the termination was due to Tech Centrum’s breach of contract. 8. The Partner undertakes to inform the Tech Centrum immediately, with a maximum of 24 hours delay, of any changes related to the activity, as well as other relevant circumstances. 9. You may only use other authorized contributors and fulfillment assistants with the prior consent of Tech Centrum. The Partner is responsible for other contributors. 10. The relevant provisions of the European Council (Section 6:272-279) shall govern matters not regulated in this contract. After reading and interpreting it, the parties have signed this contract as being in accordance with their wishes in all respects by filling out and submitting the form.
